Nick Albernas State Farm is seeking a sales‑driven Account Associate who thrives in a fast‑paced, production‑focused environment. This is not a back‑office role. This is a growth role.
You will be expected to drive revenue daily, and aggressively pursue cross‑sell and upsell opportunities through proactive outreach and disciplined follow‑up. If you are competitive, goal‑obsessed, and motivated to maximize your income through production and performance, this is where you prove it.
Licensing RequirementsFull licensing is required.
Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to Day 1 start in the office.
Life & Health license must be obtained within 60 days of starting.

What You’ll Do- Proactively identify sales opportunities within existing customer accounts
- Cross‑sell and recommend additional coverage through needs‑based conversations
- Assist customers with policy changes, endorsements, and coverage reviews
- Follow up on claims and service interactions while pivoting into protection discussions
- Manage and update customer records accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate with underwriting to ensure timely policy issuance and closing of business
- Consistently work toward individual production and activity goals
- Sales‑driven mindset with a strong desire to grow income through performance
- Confidence in leading coverage conversations and asking for the business
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities
- Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining a production focus
- Previous insurance or sales experience preferred
- Base compensation plus commission and performance incentives

Compensation $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
