Nick Albernas State Farm is hiring a sales-dominant Acquisitions Specialist who thrives on outbound activity, pipeline management, and closing new business. This is a production-driven role for someone who is competitive, resilient, and motivated by results. LicensingRequirements (Full Licensing Required)
- Active Property & Casualty license is required prior to Day 1 start in the office.
- Life & Health license must be obtained within 60 days of starting.
- Full licensing support, study guidance, and onboarding assistance are provided throughout the process.
- Drive new business through outbound calls, referrals, digital leads, and community outreach
- Build and manage a consistent, active sales pipeline
- Conduct consultative, needs-based conversations to uncover coverage gaps
- Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, and life insurance policies
- Follow up aggressively and consistently to convert quotes into bound policies
- Track daily activity, pipeline metrics, and production results
- Collaborate with team members to exceed agency growth targets
- Maintain compliance with agency and state insurance regulations
- Sales-driven mindset with a strong desire to meet and exceed goals
- Confidence handling objections and closing business
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- High level of organization and disciplined follow-up
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and fast-paced production expectations
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or insurance preferred
- Ability to meet licensing requirements outlined above
