Are you energetic, confident, and comfortable talking to property owners and managers all day?
Do you like sales, problem-solving, closing deals, and helping clients avoid costly violations?
We’re looking for a driven In-Office Client Services Representative to help property owners and managers stay compliant, safe, and violation-free.
This is an office-based role helping property owners stay compliant with city regulations.
No retail or floor sales involved — all work is conducted in-office via phone and email.
- Making outbound calls and following up with property owners & managers
- Informing customers of new services:
- Lead paint services & abatements
- Mold inspections & remediation
- Pest abatements
- HPD annual reports
- Property registrations, Dismissals
- Parapets, and Gas services
- Creating quotes and estimates
- Sending invoices and collecting payments
- Scheduling services and coordinating with internal teams
- Tracking deal statuses and following up on open opportunities
- Maintaining strong relationships with repeat clients
- Someone with a sales personality — professional, confident, and clear communicator.
- Comfortable speaking with property owners, landlords, and managers
- Organized and able to juggle multiple deals at once
- Coachable and eager to learn compliance rules and service offerings
- Motivated by guiding clients through compliance solutions and securing service agreements.
Experience in sales is a plus, but attitude, communication skills, and a willingness to learn are key. We’re looking for someone who can help clients understand what they need, why it matters, and how to resolve it efficiently.
