• Interact with customers in person and online to understand their needs.
• Help shoppers find the ideal new or pre-owned vehicle from our inventory.
• Demonstrate vehicle features and provide information on options.
• Negotiate and finalize sales agreements.
• Provide attentive follow-up to ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and helpful attitude.
• Motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• A team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to resolve customer questions and concerns.
• No previous experience necessary; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
• Valid driver s license with an acceptable driving record.

• Uncapped commission of up to 25% with "no new car packs" on new vehicles.
