We are seeking a driven, adaptable, and results-oriented Wholesale Sales Executive / Account Manager to play a key role in driving sales across a portfolio of national brick-and-mortar retail accounts. This position is ideal for a sales professional with experience in the home category who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and enjoys building strong, long-term customer relationships.
In this role, you will work closely with customers while partnering internally with product development and cross-functional teams to manage, grow, and expand wholesale business. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, works well in a team environment, and brings a positive, proactive, go-getter mindset.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Account Management- Manage and grow a portfolio of national wholesale accounts
- Drive sales performance by developing account-specific strategies and growth plans
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and key decision-makers
- Consistently meet and exceed sales goals and performance targets
- Work closely with customers to understand assortment needs, pricing expectations, and sales objectives
- Partner with internal product development teams to align product offerings with customer demand
- Present product assortments and guide customers through selection and ordering processes
- Support accounts across brick-and-mortar retail channels within home-related categories, including textiles, seasonal, mirrors and décor, pet, baby, kids, tabletop, kitchen, bath, paper goods, bath and body, and electronics
- Stay informed on market trends, competitive activity, and category performance
- Provide feedback to internal teams to support product and assortment development
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution, production timelines, and delivery
- Monitor account performance and address issues proactively
- Support forecasting, planning, and reporting as needed
- Serve as a key leader within assigned accounts
- Take ownership of results and contribute to overall business growth
- Work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
