As a Sales Executive for CoStar Debt Solutions, you will play a key role in expanding strategic relationships with existing clients and high-potential prospects. You’ll join a market leader in CRE technology, helping lenders make smarter decisions with powerful data and insights. Key Responsibilities- New Business Development: Identify and close new sales opportunities by demonstrating the value of our SaaS, data, and information services tailored for commercial real estate lenders and financial institutions.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with CRE lending clients, delivering exceptional service and identifying opportunities for expansion.
- Territory Engagement: Travel within your assigned region to meet with clients and prospects face-to-face, fostering trust and delivering product value.
- Strategic
Collaboration:
Work with internal stakeholders and local field sales teams to align on client goals and maximize client satisfaction. - Market Expertise: Develop deep knowledge of CoStar Debt Solutions and the CRE lending space to position yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Sales Execution: Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and demos to closing, onboarding, training, and renewals.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- 4–10 years of solution selling experience with success owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
- Experience selling SaaS solutions to banks and financial institutions.
- Willingness and ability to travel to client and prospect locations regularly.
- Experience with complex sales processes and diagnostic selling.
- Proactive, curious, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Current and valid driver’s license and satisfactory Driving Record/Abstract check prior to start.
- Ideal candidates have technical skills, risk concepts, and experience selling into corporate HQs.
- Experience selling to large organizations with sophisticated buying processes (enterprise software; bonus if into Banks and Lenders).
- Understanding of fundamentals of economic models and risk models.
- Comfort with integrating proprietary data sets with commercial data sets.
- Familiarity with US banking regulations and the regulatory framework, including stress testing and compliance reporting.

Pay TransparencyThis position offers a base salary range of $90,000 - $100,000, based on relevant skills and experience, plus an uncapped/generous commission plan and comprehensive benefits.
