As we grow, we are looking for a strategic Sales & Marketing Manager to bridge the gap between our beautiful products and the retailers and key accounts who love them.
The RoleYou won’t just be "managing" platforms; you will be the engine behind our growth. We need a data-driven strategist with good interpersonal skills who can optimize our wholesale presence, nurture our existing accounts to maximize retention, and craft marketing campaigns that resonate with design-conscious parents and boutique owners. You have good organizational skills and understand the process of closing a sale and growing a client base.
Key Responsibilities- Wholesale Growth: Own and optimize our presence on Shopify,
Faire and Market Time to acquire new retailers and increase revenue flow. - E-commerce Management: Manage the Shopify backend, ensuring the customer journey is seamless, the brand story is clear, and conversion rates are climbing.
- Customer Retention and Growth: Using our Faire and Shopify / Klaviyo platforms, you will develop and execute CRM and email marketing strategies to keep our community engaged and our wholesale partners re-ordering.
- Strategic Marketing: Align digital marketing efforts with sales goals to ensure a consistent brand voice across all touchpoints.
- Industry Expertise: Apply your previous experience in the toy or design industry to navigate seasonal cycles, trade shows, and gift market trends.
- The Expert: You have proven experience in a similar sales/marketing role within the toy, or gift industry.
- The Tech Savant: You are a "power-user" level on Faire and Shopify
. You don t just use them; you know how to leverage their data to find opportunities. - The Relationship Builder: You understand that retention is about trust. You are excellent at nurturing long-term partnerships with retailers.
- The Design Enthusiast: You have a natural eye for aesthetics and understand how to market premium, design-focused products.

- Prior experience with the Shopify platform - a must.
- Organizational skills and ability to pursue and deliver end goal a must.
- Marketing and sales experience, at the very least a familiarity with the gift or toy industries is required.
- NYC area-based and US work clearance. This is an in-person position.
