We’re looking for a highly organized, detail‑driven Sales Support - Americas to support our Senior Sales Executives within the Americas Sales team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment and loves being the operational backbone that keeps deals moving smoothly. You’ll play a critical part in accelerating our quote‑to‑cash process, maintaining clean and complete Salesforce data, and ensuring our sales team is always positioned to win.
WhatYou'll Do:
- Support assigned Senior Sales Executives with day‑to‑day sales operations, including:
- Salesforce hygiene and opportunity management
- Maintain and update Mutual Action Plans to ensure alignment and deal momentum.
- Liaise cross‑functionally with Sales Operations, Legal, Deal Desk and Sales Enablement to remove roadblocks and keep deals progressing.
- Track and report on KPIs such as:
- Speed from quote to cash
- Opportunity completeness in Salesforce
- MAP adherence and updates
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce
, Clari
, and Excel
. - Exceptionally organized, efficient, and reliable.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and urgency.
- Strong communication skills and comfort working with senior stakeholders.
- Experience using AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks, or enhance productivity.
- On‑site, 5 days per week in our beautiful Midtown Manhattan office.
