Responsibilities:
Prospect and cultivate new customers relationships

Understand costumers goals, objectives, and desired outcomes

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets

Identify key decision-makers, understand customers needs, and tailor presentations, proposals, and demonstrations accordingly

Act as the main point of contact, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

Address customer's inquiries and provide timely answers

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, and competition

Represent JLL Asset Beacon in industry conferences, events, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

3 + years of proven work experience as a Senior/Sales Account Executive or similar role for a SaaS company

Track record of achieving sales quotas and metrics

Experience with  ,Salesloft, Zoominfo a plus

Understanding and consistent achievement of sales performance metrics

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to deliver engaging presentations

Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships at all levels.

Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, capable of working independently, long hours and as part of a team

Willingness to travel as required

Remote (East Coast) - New York - Philadelphia Metro - Dallas - Boston - Chicago

OTE: 200-300k

This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
Estimated compensation for this position:
-  USD per year This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
