Position Overview

As an SMB Funding Advisor at Premium Merchant Funding, you will play a direct role in driving company growth by identifying, engaging, and developing new business opportunities.

You will be part of a fast-paced, competitive team in our Midtown Manhattan office, where you will work directly with business owners and help connect them to funding solutions that can make a real impact on their operations.

This is a strong opportunity for someone who is sales-focused, driven by performance, and motivated by both income and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and engage potential clients through cold calling, outreach, and lead follow-up
  • Build relationships with small business owners and understand their financial needs
  • Present funding solutions based on each client's situation
  • Maintain and develop long-term client relationships
  • Meet and exceed sales goals and performance expectations
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity
  • Work closely with internal sales leadership and team members to drive production
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in B2B, phone sales, or financial services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Competitive, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
  • Coachable, resilient, and comfortable in a fast-paced sales setting
  • Genuine interest in helping business owners and building long-term client relationships
