The Opportunity

This is not a seat at a big company. This is a chance to be one of our first Account Executives and help build something from the ground up.

You will work directly alongside the C-Suite, be visible from day one, and have a real say in how we grow. If you want to learn how a fintech company actually scales, how deals get done at the earliest stages, and what it means to own a market, this is the role. Strong performance here is a direct path to a larger book of business, leadership, and long term equity upside as Thera grows.

What

You Will Do

Run the full sales cycle for SMBs and startups, from first outreach to closed deal. You will own outbound prospecting across email, phone, and Linked In, cold call founders and operators, conduct virtual relationship building across your assigned territory, attend industry events and represent Thera in the market, generate and convert your own pipeline, track activity and outcomes in our CRM, and feed insights back to leadership on messaging, positioning, and targeting.

This is a fully remote role. We move fast and we expect you to be present, engaged, and hungry regardless of where you sit.

About You

You have 3 or more years of SDR or BDR experience or at least 1 year of closing experience as an Account Executive. You are comfortable on the phone, not afraid of rejection, and know how to personalize outreach in a way that actually lands. You are organized, consistent with follow up, and curious about fintech, payroll, and how businesses operate.

You thrive in an async environment, communicate proactively, and hold yourself accountable without someone looking over your shoulder. You have a bias toward action and you want to be somewhere early enough that your work actually matters.
