Sales Representative

JOB SUMMARY

Sells products and services to customers in assigned non-bulk multi-dwelling units (MDU) areas/properties with 20+ doors through door-to-door solicitation and lobby events.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Actively support efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
• Meet sales goals and increase sales volume and penetration through assigned leads and property portfolio.
• Solicit residential customers via door-to-door and lobby events.
• Generate additional revenue by upselling existing customers.
• Respond to customer issues per company policy and ensure resolution.
• Stay informed on competitors' activities within the territory and report changes to management.
• Participate in sales meetings and training programs.
• Complete all sales documentation accurately, including dispositions, orders, and reports.
• Handle funds and issue receipts according to company policies.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Skills, Abilities & Knowledge

• Cold calling, persuasion, and clear communication skills.
• Reliable personal vehicle for travel within the territory.
• Ability to work outdoors in any weather conditions.
• Familiarity with computer systems, communication devices, and software applications.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.

Work Experience

• Sales or customer service experience: 0-6 months.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Skills, Abilities & Knowledge

• Knowledge of communications technologies, data networking, and telecom services.
• Experience in consumer education about products/services.
• Previous success in sales, prospecting, or cold calling preferred.

Work Experience

• Sales or relevant experience: 1+ years.
