Field Sales Retail Account Manager – Juvia’s Place
As a Field Sales Retail Account Manager with Juvia’s Place, you will be a strategic leader responsible for driving sales, training, and education across a multi-state region. With extensive experience spanning both Mass and Prestige brands, you will bring a proven ability to elevate brand presence, maximize sell-through, and build lasting retail partnerships. This role reports to the COO and requires a senior-level leader with deep expertise in beauty, cosmetics, or skincare sales management.
RoleResponsibilities
- Recruit, lead, and oversee Account Executives and freelancers
, ensuring strong field coverage, consistent travel to priority markets, impactful in-store trainings, and achievement of regional KPIs and sell-through goals. - Drive in-store sales performance across all retail partners through frequent market travel, store visits, and real-time coaching to elevate conversion, average order value, and brand ranking.
- Develop and execute regional business strategies that align travel, store coverage, and event support to consistently exceed financial, sales, and performance targets.
- Conduct weekly sales and market analysis to identify growth opportunities, adjust travel and staffing plans, and maximize in-store sell-through and productivity.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with Ulta leadership
, leveraging regular in-store presence and executive engagement to elevate Juvia’s Place visibility, ranking, and sales performance. - Ensure flawless execution of in-store events and retail activations
, traveling as needed to support high-volume doors, new launches, and strategic retail moments in partnership with store and corporate leadership. - Deliver high-impact regional and district trainings
, both in-person and virtual, equipping beauty advisors with product knowledge, artistry techniques, and selling strategies that directly increase in-store sales. - Manage regional travel schedules, budgets, and expenses with discipline and accuracy, ensuring strategic allocation of resources to highest-volume and growth markets.

- Highly organized with strong administrative skills, able to manage multiple priorities across a large territory of 60+ doors.
- Skilled at analyzing sales results, forecasts, and promotional impact to drive growth.
- Proficient with Google platforms (Slides, Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Brings professionalism, creativity, and passion to all brand interactions while championing Juvia’s Place culture.
- Flexible, able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed, with overnight travel required (percentage of time varies by market).
- 10+ years of beauty industry experience, including at least 8+ years in an Account Manager, Regional Manager, or Senior Account Executive role.
- Proven success managing 80+ retail doors across multi-store or multi-state territories.
- Established relationships and proven performance within Sephora, Ulta, and mass-market retail accounts.
- Demonstrated ability to exceed KPIs and drive sales growth across large territories.
- Extensive experience in training, education, and event execution.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to stand and actively support in-store sales, trainings, and events for up to 8 hours per day.
- Flexible full-time schedule (5 days per week), including evenings, key retail weekends, and a minimum of two Saturdays per month based on business needs and store activations.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently by plane, train, or car to support regional markets, new store launches, in-store events, and retail partner priorities.
- Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs. of training materials, merchandising fixtures, event supplies, and product as needed for field execution.
- Must be comfortable working in fast-paced retail environments and traveling consistently to ensure strong field presence and in-store sales performance across assigned markets.
