Based in the iconic World Trade Centre in Manhattan, you’ll join a high performing New York team covering Life Sciences, Banking & Finance, and Technology & IT.

Recruitment is one of the most challenging and rewarding forms of sales. You’re not selling a product. You’re influencing career decisions, negotiating offers, and helping businesses scale with top talent.

Compensation:

  • Uncapped commission from day one
  • Realistic year 1 OTE: $75–85k
  • Top 50 billers in the business earn around $18k per month in commission alone
  • Top 10 billers earn around $34k per month in commission alone

Your earnings are directly tied to performance. There is no ceiling!!

You’ll benefit from structured training with a dedicated in-house Learning & Development function. You’ll receive ongoing mentorship from experienced billers and leaders who have progressed through the ranks themselves. This is a UK-founded business operating in the US, offering strong benefits and long-term investment in its people.

What you need:

  • 6+ months of B2B sales experience
  • OR up to 1 year in staffing/recruitment
  • OR highly motivated graduate with strong commercial awareness

More importantly, you:

  • Are resilient, competitive, and money-motivated
