They offer full-cycle customization services from design to production, adhering to environmentally responsible manufacturing principles. Their goal is to create comfortable and representative high-end menswear experiences.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement quarterly and monthly sales plans aligned with the companys annual goals.
- Drive the growth of the companys proprietary brand in major North American department stores and boutique channels, including negotiations, distribution, product placement, sales management, and accounts receivable collection.
- Identify and manage ODM project opportunities, overseeing the full sales process and contract execution.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, identify potential clients, conduct follow-up visits, collect and analyze sales data, and provide tailored solutions.
- Monitor and analyze competitive dynamics in the U.S. market, delivering regular market analysis and forecasting reports.
- Gather and communicate customer feedback and requirements to internal teams, facilitating product improvements to meet market demands.
- Extensive experience in mens apparel sales management, with expertise in suits and shirts, familiar with department store and boutique retail channels.
- Proficient in customer relationship management and knowledgeable about supply chain, purchasing, pricing, and payment processes of top North American retailers.
- Strong market insight and strategic planning abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of effectively coordinating internal and external resources.
- Proficient in both Chinese and English communication.
