We are looking for an Experienced Senior Account Executive/Sales Manager to join our Sales Team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in branded and private label fashion jewelry. This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic team player that is driven creative and strategic working professional. Looking for relationships with Free People, Anthropology, TJ Maxx and Nordstrom Rack.

• Manage overall sales for new clients to meet or exceed sales goals
• Schedule/conduct weekly/monthly product appointments with clients
• Create and analyze metrics and reporting of various kinds to continuously improve customer needs, adoption rate, and margin
• Create customer specific strategies
• Facilitate internal team on presentation strategy & needs
• Conduct comp shops
• Exceptional customer service-Stay connected! Through travel, remote meetings, in person, texts & email
• Partner with design on applying global trends with a customer centric approach
• Partner with design & product development to drive proactive development
• Create sales plans & SKU plans
• Make customer presentations
• Ability to project manage multiple projects at once

• 4+ years of sales experience in the jewelry industry
• Must be agile and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Costume jewelry, private label experience
• Trend Forward Design Sense and Ability to convey to customers
• Strong merchandising and presentation skills
• Ability to travel weekly to customer appointments
• Proficient in MS Office
• Professional, concise, and friendly verbal and written communication skills
• Outstanding customer service skills that goes the extra mile
• Must be an enthusiastic, well organized, team player with strong analytical skills

$100,000-$150,000 + commission
