We are a rapidly growing Healthcare AI company, revolutionizing the way medical aesthetic practices streamline their operations. We are seeking exceptional sales talent to help drive adoption of our platform and deliver meaningful impact to practices across the country.
Role Overview:
As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in expanding our client base and shaping the growth trajectory of the company. You’ll be responsible for identifying high-potential prospects, conducting consultative sales conversations, and closing new business. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales or CEO, you’ll own the full sales cycle – from first touch to signed contract – and work cross-functionally to ensure a seamless client experience.
This role requires a high level of initiative, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Development: Identify, target, and engage qualified prospects through outbound and inbound efforts, including email, phone, and Linked In outreach.
- Sales Presentations & Demos: Conduct compelling product demonstrations tailored to the unique needs of aesthetic practices, showcasing the value of our platform.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an active pipeline and manage the full sales cycle – from discovery to negotiation and close – using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Consultative Selling: Act as a trusted advisor by understanding practice workflows, uncovering pain points, and presenting tailored solutions that drive operational and financial impact.
- Collaboration & Feedback: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to share client insights, improve messaging, and refine the sales process.
Required Qualifications:
- Sales Acumen: Proven track record in Medical Aesthetic Sales or B2B SaaS sales, ideally selling to SMB or multi-location businesses.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and influence key stakeholders.
- Detail-Oriented & Organized: Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and follow-through.
- Work Ethic & Drive: A strong sense of ownership, grit, and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet goals in a high-growth setting.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable learning new platforms and tools. Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
