Based in NYC and looking for a role in Account Management?

Many small businesses across the country still depend on traditional banking. Now, you have the chance to help revolutionize how small businesses manage their finances.

What You Will Do

  • Be the first point of contact for the growing customer base
  • Outreach relentlessly to hundreds of current customers, maximizing value across accounts
  • Developer and nurture new and existing accounts, especially VIP customers
  • Attend industry events and visit local businesses

And this is just the start. You’ll have the opportunity to take charge, share ideas, and explore new avenues to grow the business in line with your strengths and interests.

What You Should Bring

  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset: you re someone who rolls up their sleeves and takes the initiative.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a full-cycle sales or account role
  • A track record of winning both new business and upselling to existing accounts
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Prior experience working with small business owners or non-technical buyers is a plus.
  • Experience working within a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment is a bonus. However, a relentless drive, great attitude, and a strong desire to join a startup will also be enough.

Just a heads-up: you ll be the sole owner of the customer base, responsible for increasing spend/revenue per account. The volume of work is high, and only people with a relentless mentality will be suited to this role.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE

Base salary of $75,000 to $120,000+ excellent commission and equity options
