As a Sales and Leasing Consultant, you will engage customers by understanding their needs and guiding them through the vehicle selection, purchase, or lease process. This role offers comprehensive training, continuous development, and unlimited earning potential for dedicated professionals.
Key Duties and Responsibilities- Greet customers promptly with a professional and welcoming attitude.
- Conduct thorough needs-based consultations to understand customer preferences and budgets.
- Present vehicle features, benefits, and technology clearly in the showroom and during test drives.
- Research vehicle inventory, trims, options, and incentives utilizing dealership and manufacturer systems.
- Work with Sales Managers and Finance & Insurance Managers to develop purchase or lease options that meet customer needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory by inspecting vehicles regularly.
- Complete all sales documentation accurately and facilitate a smooth transition from sale to delivery.
- Coordinate vehicle delivery while educating customers on vehicle features and ownership benefits.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up to foster repeat and referral business.
- Attend required training sessions and meetings for ongoing skill development.
- Maintain punctuality and reliable attendance.
