Business Development Manager – Full‑time

Location: Newark, NJ (hybrid) or remote (NY, NJ, CA, MO, and TX only).

At Fitnescity, we make health and wellness testing accessible to everyone. We’re building the largest platform of wellness tests. Fitnescity partners with leading labs, hospitals, and local clinics nationwide to offer consumer-facing tests for fitness, nutrition, and general well-being.

Your role will be to help grow the company’s partner ecosystem and drive our national expansion. You will be responsible for expanding the partner ecosystem.

Responsibilities
  • Persuade testing providers that meet our desirable profile to sign up as Fitnescity Partners. You will have targets and incentives for achieving or exceeding those targets.
  • Grow and maintain a list of leads and qualified prospects with support from our Operations team.
  • Ensure that appropriate agreements are signed and new partners are successfully onboarded.
  • Maintain Partner satisfaction with Fitnescity and grow their use of the platform.
  • Help optimize existing processes and tools from outreach to onboarding.
Qualifications
  • You are ambitious, driven, and passionate. You have a strong desire to grow and gain responsibility.
  • You are competitive by nature and have a history of exceeding goals.
  • You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have B2B Sales and/or Business Development experience.
  • You have strong attention to detail.
  • You should be comfortable working with little supervision.
  • You have exceptional communication skills.
  • You are familiar with the healthcare and/or wellness industry.
