WhatYou Will Do
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of Tri Net’s products and services that support the SMB industry.
- Engage in professional development workshops, sales training sessions, and mentorship programs to enhance foundational skills in sales and business acumen.
- Assist Sales Consultants with sales preparation activities, including performing account research, updating Salesforce CRM, and tailoring presentations and proposals.
- Support lead generation and prospecting by researching potential accounts, identifying decision-makers, and compiling prospecting lists.
- Attend sales meetings and engage with prospects and partners via phone, email, video calls, or in person. Use Outlook and Teams to send follow-up emails and schedule meetings.
- Leverage essential sales tools such as Salesforce, Linked In Sales Navigator, Zoom Info, Gong, and Highspot to effectively support the sales teams.
- Ensure that all administrative tasks are completed promptly and with a high degree of accuracy.
- Consistently reflect Tri Net's core values in all interactions and comply with all policies and standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Be open to relocation for future field sales roles.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Open to candidates of all experience levels, including recent college graduates.
- Prior internship, sales, customer-facing, or business experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to establish trust, credibility, and rapport with others.
- High attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
- Outstanding time management, prioritization, and organizational capabilities.
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to professionalism, ethical standards, and the inclusion of diverse perspectives.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with and other sales tools is advantageous.

The salary range for this role is $60,000.00 to $85,000.00. The final offer will be based on the candidate’s skills, education, location, and experience. A candidate’s compensation may also include bonuses consistent with Tri Net’s corporate bonus plan.
