Smart Choice is seeking a high‑impact Hub Spot Adoption & Enablement Consultant to accelerate CRM adoption across the sales organization and optimize the use of Hub Spot, including AI capabilities via Breeze AI. This hands‑on, results‑oriented role focuses on driving behavioral change, improving pipeline visibility, and enabling revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Drive daily Hub Spot usage and adoption across the sales team
- Lead adoption and change‑management initiatives
- Improve data quality, pipeline accuracy, and reporting
- Optimize pipeline stages, workflows, and automation
- Establish data hygiene standards and reporting dashboards
- Deliver sales training, playbooks, and enablement resources
- Enable sales productivity through Hub Spot and AI tools
- Integrate Breeze AI into workflows for efficiency
- Implement Breeze AI tools for prospecting, automation and insights
- Align sales, marketing, and operations processes
- 4‑7+ years of Hub Spot Sales Hub experience
- Proven track record improving CRM adoption and sales process adherence
- Experience working with sales teams in high‑growth or performance‑driven environments
- Training and enablement capabilities
- Preferred:
Revenue Ops, SaaS, telecom background and AI/Breeze experience
- Strong understanding of sales pipelines, forecasting, and CRM reporting
- Experience building dashboards and executive‑level reporting
- Ability to influence behavior change across sales teams
- Highly data‑driven with a focus on measurable outcomes
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Professional, client‑focused demeanor with discretion and confidentiality
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
