Location: New York

Job Overview

Direct Sales Representative – Universal (Door‑to‑Door Residential Outside Sales). Earn up to $89,000+ with uncapped commission potential. Base salary: $39,145 annually. Targeted commission at full attainment: $32,000. Role based in the New York, New York territory.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect, qualify, and generate sales within an assigned territory.
  • Identify and sell appropriate products and services to meet customer needs.
  • Engage in technical discussions with potential customers through demonstrations and presentations.
  • Execute the sales strategy to increase sales within respective territories.
  • Prepare sales information for customers and distribute marketing material.
  • Participate in special sale events.
  • Remain knowledgeable and up‑to‑date on product/service line changes and developments.
  • Execute other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Sales‑quota driven mindset and proven ability to meet targets.
  • Motivated self‑starter comfortable working autonomously.
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Excellent communication, relationship building, presentation, and influence skills.
  • Positive, creative, and persuasive personality.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft products.
  • Sales or marketing background in telecommunications is a plus.
