Job Summary

Flipspaces is a global, tech‑enabled design and build firm that simplifies the way spaces are designed and delivered through an integrated approach. We serve corporate offices, hospitality, retail, education, mixed‑use, warehousing, and industrial developments. We are looking for a high‑performing team member to join our U.S. sales sourcing team and help fuel the next phase of growth in the commercial interiors and real‑estate sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, text messages, and Linked In outreach to generate qualified leads.
  • Identify decision‑makers in restaurants, retail brands, coworking spaces, multifamily and corporate office accounts.
  • Introduce Flipspaces’ offerings and gather preliminary insights from clients and broker networks; use consultative selling skills to build trust and long‑term partnerships.
  • Maintain accurate lead data and activity tracking in CRM systems and Google Sheets.
  • Ensure appropriate follow‑up actions to move the sales cycle forward for hunting and farming initiatives.
  • Identify client needs and configure solutions that address those needs and deliver value.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, real‑estate sales, CRE, design services, or B2B lead generation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B telesales, inside sales, or IT/SaaS sales.
  • Strong drive for new business development, particularly in supporting the growth of mid‑size companies.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and corporate productivity tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong phone and email etiquette.
  • Demonstrated leadership and the ability to influence the team positively.
  • Adaptable and open‑minded, with the ability to handle change and think beyond conventional frameworks.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to think independently and take action to resolve challenges, even in difficult situations.
