Location: New York
At Netflix, our mission is to entertain the world. The core Advertising team is building a best‑in‑class ads organization to establish Netflix as the premier platform for advertiser partners.
Responsibilities- Drive execution of regional Sales Ops strategies, processes, and programs in partnership with sales leadership for the US and Canada.
- Build and iterate on sales go‑to‑market strategies, including customer and product segmentation, headcount planning, and sales org design.
- Maintain sales forecasting, pipeline management, quota planning, and monthly business reviews.
- Analyze sales performance and derive insights from large data sets across revenue, pipeline, product, and sales process.
- Define, build, and maintain sales inputs, forecasting, and pipeline management of a global advertising business.
- Work with cross‑functional partners (Market Activation, Finance, HR, Product, Data Science) to deliver Ads‑wide projects and represent Sales requirements.
- Facilitate, guide, and enable the rollout of new sales programs and processes to drive better sales efficiency.
- Manage sales data in Salesforce or a comparable CRM system.
- Provide quantitative and qualitative analysis of program performance to ensure business impact.
- Build detailed dashboards and quarterly review decks for senior (VP+ level) consumption.
- Lead discussions on business performance and state of business, continuously evolving KPIs and metrics.
- 5+ years of experience in advertising or sales operations.
- Experience owning regional sales operations processes in revenue forecasting, pipeline management, quota planning, and monthly business reviews.
- Strong advanced spreadsheet and analytics skills; SQL and data infrastructure skills are a plus.
- Knowledge of digital advertising landscape and agency/ client‑direct advertising sales models is a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM system.
- Bias for action and ability to influence decision making without reporting lines.
- Strong collaborator who embraces differing perspectives and experiences.
- Data‑driven operator who guides and influences with objectivity and facts.
- Proven ability to prioritize and lead multiple projects efficiently.
- Experience solving ambiguous workflows in matrixed environments.
