SENIOR Account Executive - Dress

Assisting with the growth of the Day & Social wholesale dress business. The company has been in business for over 50 years and our portfolio includes many better dress brands. The ideal candidate will have experience in the dress market and strong skills in account management, sales analytics, and wholesale operations. Someone with strong experience in Social Occasion Dresses and Specialty Store Dress experience, Day Dress experience is a plus including international accounts.

We are looking for someone with proven dress experience.

• Manage all aspects of wholesale account management and customer service.
• Own and grow the Special Markets dress business with a focus on traditional off-price and specialty accounts, including Dillards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for wholesale clients and the sales team to manage day-to-day business and operational functions.
• Liaise with internal teams to support and grow the brand.
• Analyze weekly and monthly sales data and communicate findings to the internal team to strategize for future markets.
• Compile and present data following sales campaigns to support future merchandising and product planning.
• Manage business exceptional organization, follow-up, and attention to detail.

• Minimum of 2-5 years relevant dress experience in wholesale.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of retail math.
• Highly organized with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Team-oriented with a can-do attitude and the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Willingness to take on responsibilities outside of a defined job scope when needed.
