Symbol of elegance and authentic luxury with its sophisticated and timeless Collections, CELINE is a French Leather‑Goods and Couture House, driven by a strong artistic and holistic vision. CELINE’s ambition is to be one of the most iconic luxury brands worldwide.

To make this vision a reality we are looking for agile, passionate and authentic personalities who are eager to evolve in a highly creative and challenging environment.

YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT

As the Client Ambassador, Leased Partnerships, reporting directly to the Regional Manager, Brand Partnerships, you will participate in the execution of our external event strategy and you will be in charge of prospecting, clienteling, and direct client management for out-of-network and leased partner activations.

This experience will enable you to act as the ultimate brand representative, building deep, personalized relationships with high-net-worth clients while collaborating closely with personal shoppers and stylists at our major department store partners.

You will have the opportunity to learn advanced luxury clienteling strategies, event‑based sales optimization, and how to drive brand loyalty in a dynamic, out‑of‑network environment.

YOUR IMPACT Clienteling and Prospecting
  • Spearhead pre‑event prospecting and proactive outreach to cultivate a robust pipeline of potential clients for Out‑of‑Network and Leased Partnership events.

  • Curate highly personalized product selections and client journeys based on individual preferences, profiles, and purchase history.

Sales and Event Execution
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets, consignment goals, and client conversion metrics during out‑of‑network and leased partnership events.
  • Incorporate exceptional brand and product knowledge into the selling ceremony to maximize cross‑selling, units sold per transaction, and overall transaction value.
  • Coordinate and manage appointments seamlessly, acting as the point of contact for top‑tier clients attending leased partnership events in places where a Client Advisor cannot attend event with their client.
Brand Partnerships and Operations
  • Partner closely with local department store teams (including personal shoppers and stylists) to confirm client appointments, host kick‑off meetings, and share seasonal inspiration.
  • Ensure seamless order fulfillment by managing the follow‑up process, coordinating shipping, alterations, and tracking details with department store leadership post‑event.
  • Capture all relevant customer information accurately in the CRM database and meet all inventory control and shrink expectations during remote events.

    Experience:
  • Position requires a minimum of 3 years in a retail setting, with a strong focus on clienteling, business development, or client coordination, preferably in a luxury setting.
