Responsibilities- Manage all aspects of the sales function including development of new and incremental business by prospecting new clients & agencies, understanding needs, proposing appropriate programs, and closing the business.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and agencies.
- Maintain your own pipeline through the CRM system and keep forecasts up to date.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
- Work as part of the team and maintain a teamwork culture at GSTV by helping and sharing with co‑workers.
- Make independent decisions on programs and rates within GSTV guidelines to close business.
- Successful track record of selling media to automotive, insurance, government, banking, retail, QSR/CDR or within assigned territory.
- Successful track record of working with agencies.
- Ability to self‑generate leads and qualify, prospect, and close via phone and email.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑growing, entrepreneurial environment.
- Strategic thinking and planning ability.
- Team oriented, collaborative mindset.
- Quick to absorb new information and capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills in 1:1, large group, and C‑level settings.
- Clear communicator via phone, in person, and in writing.
- Enthusiastic, energetic, tenacious, and passionate about presenting ideas.
- Skilled at negotiating and energizing others about products.
- Highly organized & flexible.
- Computer literate and familiar with basic CRM, Excel, Outlook, Word & PowerPoint.
- Minimal travel required (may include overnight stay).
- Agency contacts and client relationships in existing category/territory.
BA/BS degree from a leading U.S. or International university in a related field, plus 2+ years of advertising sales experience within digital, OOH, TV, cable or radio.

SalaryThe expected salary range for this position is based on a combination of experience and qualifications for the position, as well as geographic location to align with local market.
