- Opportunity Identification & Operations
Identify business opportunities, lead client operations, optimize processes, and create marketing scenarios to enhance customer experience.
- Market Feedback & Coordination
Gather market/client insights, share industry intelligence, and collaborate with internal teams to streamline online purchases, payments, and after-sales support.
- Financial & Relationship Stewardship
Manage receivables, provide consistent after-sales service, and deepen client relationships to boost satisfaction and loyalty.
