Location: New York

We are seeking a bilingual LATAM Sales Training Specialist to support Acquisition sales teams across Latin America through engaging, high-impact training and enablement programs. This role is responsible for designing and facilitating sales upskilling initiatives focused on consultative selling, product knowledge, sales systems, and tool adoption.

The ideal candidate is an energetic and adaptable facilitator with experience supporting fast-paced commercial sales organizations. This individual will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Product, and Marketing teams to drive learning initiatives that improve seller performance and adoption across the LATAM region. Professional fluency in both English and Spanish is required, as training delivery will primarily be conducted in Spanish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and facilitate 200-level sales training and enablement programs for Acquisition sales teams across LATAM.
  • Deliver instructor-led trainings, workshops, coaching sessions, reinforcement activities, and office hours.
  • Teach consultative and solution-based selling methodologies to improve sales effectiveness and customer engagement.
  • Train and support sales teams on sales tools and platforms including Salesforce (SFDC), Dialpad, Groove, Whats App Business, Slack, and other sales technologies.
  • Support onboarding and ongoing development initiatives by enhancing existing enablement content and programs.
  • Facilitate product and marketing training to strengthen seller messaging, positioning, and customer conversations.
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, Product, and Marketing stakeholders to identify training needs and align enablement initiatives with business objectives.
  • Track training participation, gather feedback, and continuously improve learning experiences and adoption strategies.
  • Support change management initiatives and reinforce learning through coaching, follow-up sessions, and ongoing enablement support.
  • Utilize Google Suite tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides), project management platforms such as Asana, and AI-powered productivity tools to manage training initiatives effectively.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Training, Sales Enablement, or Learning & Development supporting sales organizations.
  • Strong experience supporting Acquisition sales teams in fast-paced commercial environments.
  • Experience facilitating consultative sales training and sales skills development programs.
  • Advanced proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC) and sales engagement platforms.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience supporting product and marketing-related training initiatives.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Comfortable learning and adopting new technologies, tools, and systems quickly.
  • Experience using AI-powered productivity tools and workflows is a plus.
  • Former sales experience is highly preferred.
Required Skills
  • Professional fluency in English and native or bilingual fluency in Spanish.
  • Strong proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Experience working with Slack and collaborative work environments.
  • Ability to facilitate training sessions primarily in Spanish for LATAM-based teams.
