Oak View Group - 299 Park Avenue - Responsibilities:
Work with Solutions, the Commercial Strategy team, and the Sales team on writing/compiling all sponsorship proposals and sales materials.;
Lead aggregation of materials across internal Partnerships teams while working with creative to manage the sales material creation process.;
Maintain information reliability across sales platforms and materials in a fast-paced environment.;
Lead brainstorms around prospective partners, including research, sending follow-up emails on key assets and positioning, outlining deadlines for internal processes, and staying on deadlines for pitch timing/expectations.;
Compose partnership deal terms based on solutions, sales staff, and/or client direction.
