Location: New York
Job Purpose
The Live Events Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong customer relationships within the Live Events market. This role focuses on understanding customer needs, promoting equipment and service solutions, and delivering a high‑quality sales and service experience that supports successful live events.
What you will do...- Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing Live Events customers
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned accounts and markets
- Create and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue and activity targets
- Develop a strong understanding of market conditions, customer needs, and competitive offerings to optimize pricing and solution recommendations
- Partner closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution, on‑time delivery, and customer satisfaction
- Conduct professional sales calls and formal presentations to educate customers on equipment, services, and solutions tailored to live event applications
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activity, manage pipelines, and report on performance metrics
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive end‑to‑end customer experience
- Previous sales experience; experience in live events, entertainment, staging, or equipment rental is strongly preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Commitment to company values and a customer‑first mindset
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to effectively use CRM systems and sales tools
- Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to analyze market and customer data to adjust sales strategies
- Self‑motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time
Pay Range: $80,000 - $90,000 – 1st year anticipated earnings. Base Salary + bonus + vehicle
