Responsibilities

• Provide clients with life insurance, annuities, long‑term care insurance, disability insurance, and investment products offered through NYLIFE Securities LLC.
• Offer workplace solutions and group health insurance products.
• Assist clients with wealth planning by contributing to the Advanced Planning Group for large and complex case design, or through Eagle Strategies LLC.
• Market under the New York Life brand or a personal business name with a DBA.

• Must be a Registered Representative with NYLIFE Securities LLC, member FINRA/SIPC, a licensed insurance agency, and a New York Life company.
• Must be a Financial Advisor affiliated with Eagle Strategies LLC, a Registered Investment Adviser, and a New York Life company. (Eligibility requires applicable FINRA general securities, agent state law, investment advisory licenses, compliance history, production standards, and required training.)
• Must meet annual sales production requirements established by New York Life.

Commission‑based compensation. The average income of agents under the N8 and N9 Agent’s Contract who met annual minimum sales production requirements in 2022 was $115,917. The average income of the top 50 of those agents was $1.59 million.
