Position OverviewWe are looking for experienced, hard‑working individuals to join our Sales Associates team.
Responsibilities & Qualifications- Full Time 40+ Hours per week – Set Schedule
- Understand the building materials marketplace and know product features
- Work to meet prospect customers’ needs – Excellent customer service skills
- Effective suggestive and upgrade selling and add‑on sales
- Effective closing technique
- Quote follow up – quote to order conversion
- Share expertise with others
- Discretionary profit share after one year of employment
- Six paid holidays and PTO immediately
$19 - $21 per hour with annual performance based raises.
