Remote/hybrid role for the greater NJ/NYC market. The role involves developing and supporting distributor and commercial electrical contractor opportunities, focusing on construction channel projects and market presence to achieve share growth. You will utilize Sie Sales to forecast contractor opportunities, provide product support across a broad range of low/medium voltage gear, build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, implement strategic account plans that exceed revenue and customer satisfaction metrics, and cultivate long‑term relationships with senior management at key accounts, solution partners, and channel partners.
Responsibilities- Develop and support distributor and electrical contractor opportunities with a focus on construction channel projects.
- Provide market presence and channel support to achieve share growth.
- Utilize Sie Sales to develop and forecast contractor opportunities.
- Support products including panel boards, switchboards, medium voltage gear, lighting panels, low voltage switch gear, busway, motor control centers, molded case circuit breakers, IEC/NEMA control, safety switches, and residential products.
- Build and maintain a business plan, cultivate a sales pipeline, uncover new opportunities, follow up on leads, and manage existing customer base.
- Implement strategic account plans that exceed expectations in revenue retention/growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction/loyalty.
- Build long‑term relationships with senior management at key customer accounts, solution partners, and channel.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 5+ years of sales experience OR 10+ years of sales experience.
- Ability to travel 5% of the time.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer‑sponsored work authorization.
- BS in Electrical Engineering.
- 3+ years selling to local electrical contractors.
- 3+ years sales experience with LV/MV power distribution product line.
Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits. Pay range: $82,538 – $172,462 annually plus uncapped commission.
