Builders First Source - 678 Montauk Highway - Responsibilities:
Represent the company during the sales process by collecting customer product needs and design specifications, in person or over the phone.;
Respond to customer inquiries regarding product selection, orders, pricing, and delivery scheduling; provide follow-ups.;
Initiate telephone calls to customers to generate sales to meet targets.;
Maintain knowledge of products and industry through training; assist with material takeoffs and technical support as needed.;
Operate and balance the cash register; process orders and invoices; coordinate delivery and installation where applicable.
