Are you ready to take the next step in your software sales career? If you have 1-2 years of outbound sales experience and want to move into full-cycle software selling, we've built a path just for you. If you want a true pathway into Software Account Management, you will want to take a close look at this role.
We’re launching a 6‑Month Software Acceleration Program designed to identify, develop, and evaluate high‑potential talent for our Software Account Management (SAM) team. This is your chance to transition from prospecting to really closing roles.
What You’ll Do- Drive outbound prospecting to build a qualified pipeline
- Execute multi‑channel outreach (phone, email, social)
- Learn our platform and sales motion through hands‑on coaching
- Build the skills needed for full‑cycle software selling
- Be immersed in real SaaS sales strategy—not just booking meetings
- 1–2 years of outbound sales experience (SaaS preferred)
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong communicator with confidence driving conversations
- Passion for software and helping independent SMB’s compete against the giants
- Motivated, coachable, competitive, and ready to grow
- Interested in progressing into software account management and closing deals
- Willingness and ability to meet clients face‑to‑face as you grow your network and unleash sales success
At the end of the 6‑month program, top performers will be considered for Senior SAR.

The estimated on‑target earnings (OTE) for this role, which includes hourly rate and incentives, is $90,400 per year
