Role OverviewWe are expanding our presence in the U.S. and are looking for experienced, self-driven Independent Sales Representatives to grow Flowell across medical, wellness, beauty, and sports recovery accounts.
This is a non-exclusive, commission-only role for entrepreneurial reps who already know how to build and manage B2B relationships.
What You’ll Do- Represent Flowell as a trusted, non-exclusive sales partner in Florida
- Prospect, open, and manage qualified B2B accounts, including:
- Compression therapy & DME providers
- Med spas, wellness & body‑contouring clinics
- OB/GYN, PT, chiropractic & recovery practices
- Sports recovery centers, trainers & boutique fitness studios
- Lymphedema & vein clinics
- Educate partners on Flowell products, positioning, and use cases
- Coordinate demos, introductions, and follow-ups
- Forward customer purchase orders to Flowell
- Support partners before and after sale (non‑clinical)
- Participate in local events, demos, and community activations
- Maintain pipeline visibility and regular communication with the Flowell team
- You do not set pricing or commercial terms
- You do not sign contracts on Flowell’s behalf
- You do not sell into excluded mass‑market or unauthorized channels
- You do not represent competing compression therapy products
- 12.5% commission on Net Sales Amount
- Paid monthly, 30 days after customer payment is received
- All expenses are self‑covered
- Structured onboarding and product training by the Flowell team
- Sales materials, pricing, demos, and product education provided
- Ongoing support, updates, and collaboration
- B2B sales experience in medical, wellness, beauty, DME, or sports recovery
- Existing Florida‑based professional network
- Comfortable explaining medical‑adjacent products clearly and responsibly
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong follow‑through
- Relationship‑first, not transactional
- Fast‑growing category with strong demand (women’s health, recovery, wellness)
- High‑quality, differentiated product portfolio
- Medical credibility + lifestyle and performance appeal
