About the Role

Clarify Capital is seeking a Renewals Representative to help strengthen client relationships and drive customer retention within our growing portfolio of funded clients. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on relationship-building, proactive communication, and delivering an exceptional client experience.

You’ll serve as the main point of contact for existing clients — ensuring their continued satisfaction, identifying renewal opportunities, and maintaining long‑term partnerships that align with Clarify’s mission to help small businesses thrive.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary liaison for clients who have already been funded through Clarify Capital.
  • Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and retention.
  • Conduct regular outreach (calls, emails, and postcards) to ensure client satisfaction and identify renewal opportunities.
  • Manage a portfolio of active accounts to ensure consistent engagement and maximize lifetime value.
  • Proactively address client needs, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless renewal process.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Underwriting, and Operations to maintain a superior client experience.
  • Track and manage renewals and follow‑ups using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Contribute to retention campaigns and loyalty initiatives designed to strengthen customer relationships.
Key Qualifications
  • 2–3 years of experience in customer success, account management, renewals, or sales.
  • Strong communication and relationship‑management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Empathetic, customer‑focused mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
  • Self‑motivated, organized, and goal‑driven.
  • Team‑oriented with a positive attitude and a passion for helping clients succeed.
  • On‑Target Earnings (OTE): ~$80,000 annually
