We are looking for a results‑driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving Buzz Tech Media ’s growth by identifying, researching, and qualifying potential clients who can benefit from our digital and virtual assistance services.

• Research and identify potential clients across various industries and markets
• Build and maintain targeted prospect lists using CRM and data tools
• Conduct outreach through email, social media, and professional platforms to generate interest
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads for sales opportunities
• Continuously optimize lead‑generation strategies for better performance and conversion rates

• Lead generation, business development, or sales experience is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and research skills
• Proficiency with CRM systems, Linked In, and online prospecting tools
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and data‑driven mindset
• Self‑starter with the ability to work independently
