2020 Companies is hiring Territory Managers who are experts in brand advocacy and merchant visits. The role is field‑based and involves welcoming new merchants, demonstrating the value of the client’s line of credit services, and placing point‑of‑purchase signage.

• Partner with the client to train and advocate client products at the retailer.
• Drive merchant awareness within an assigned territory and meet up to 35 retailers per day.
• Spend approximately 50% of an eight‑hour workday in‑store and travel as needed (up to a two‑hour drive).
• Demonstrate the value of the client’s credit services and address objections raised by merchants.
• Attempt to place point‑of‑purchase signage on exterior and/or interior of each business.
• Advise merchants by providing information on products and services.
• Audit and record competitive products, promotions, merchandising, displays, and merchant feedback.
• Travel to major markets and events for product launches and promotional activities.
• Contribute to team effort by assisting in launch‑related activities as needed.
• Accurately track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations and ensure feedback reporting is submitted in a timely manner.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least six (6) months of prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
• Reliable transportation within the assigned territory.
