Backed by a leading Silicon Valley VC, they need a VP of Sales to build and lead their entire US go-to-market function from the ground up.
The OpportunityThis is a true greenfield opportunity. You will establish the US sales organisation, hire your team, build your process, and own a $20M+ ARR target in year one. You will report directly to the CEO and sit on the global leadership team.
What You’ll Be Doing- Establishing and scaling the full US sales organisation from zero
- Hiring, coaching and developing a world-class US sales team
- Owning $20M+ ARR target in year one, scaling aggressively thereafter
- Working closely with the CEO and CPO on US product-market fit
- 10+ years enterprise SaaS sales, minimum 5 at VP level
- Proven experience building a US sales function from scratch
- Deep network across Fortune 500 technology buyers
- AI, ML or data analytics sales background strongly preferred
$200,000–$250,000 base | OTE $400,000–$500,000 | Substantial equity | Full US benefits package
