Senior Account Executive

Shoplift, a venture-backed SaaS startup in New York City, empowers thousands of e-commerce merchants like KITH, Liquid Death and Skullcandy to maximize their profitability by refining and personalizing their online storefronts with our intelligent, real-time UX optimization platform.

As an early member of the sales team, you will have a unique opportunity to take on a lot of responsibility at a fast-growing startup. This role calls for a strategic, creative thinker who is comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Manage a full sales funnel: from first demo all the way through to close
• Establish and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and aligning our product offerings accordingly.
• Develop an understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization practices and trends, A/B testing methodology, industry trends, market influencers, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate closely with the customer success team to ensure smooth transition and excellent customer experience post-sales.
• Help improve develop sales documentation and materials, such as scripts, objection handling, training materials, and outbound sales development collateral

• 3+ years Proven SaaS sales experience, meeting or exceeding targets
• 1+ years in the E-Commerce space
• Experience in a startup environment
• Located in NYC metro or willing to relocate
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
