Compensation: $120-150K Base + Uncapped Commission (OTE $240-300K+)
Endeavor Agency is partnering with a rapidly growing technology company that serves the commercial real estate and construction industries. Backed by strong market demand and expanding enterprise adoption, the company is seeking its first dedicated Enterprise Account Executive to help drive the next phase of growth.
This is a unique opportunity to join a high-growth organization where executive leadership has historically led many of the largest sales opportunities. The company is now looking for a proven enterprise seller who can pursue strategic accounts, navigate complex buying environments, and help build the enterprise sales motion.
Key Responsibilities- Own and manage a pipeline of strategic enterprise opportunities from prospecting through close
- Develop account strategies and stakeholder maps across large organizations
- Lead consultative discovery conversations to uncover operational and business challenges
- Present solutions to executive-level decision makers
- Navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple departments and stakeholders
- Build business cases and ROI-driven value propositions
- Manage negotiations, procurement processes, and contract execution
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management
- Partner closely with leadership, marketing, and customer success teams to support growth initiatives
- 6+ years of experience closing enterprise B2B SaaS deals
- Demonstrated success selling into commercial real estate, construction, facilities, operations, compliance, risk management, or related industries preferred
- Experience closing complex deals with multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles
- Strong executive presence and communication skills
- Proven ability to build relationships with senior decision makers
- Strategic and consultative sales approach
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and accountable
