Position: Senior Account Executive (East Coast)
Location: New York

Your Role

As a Senior Account Executive you will own the entire sales cycle and lead Hadrian’s expansion into the U.S. East Coast market.

Responsibilities
  • Initiate conversations and build relationships with potential customers through phone calls, emails, Linked In messages, and events to maintain at least 5× pipeline coverage.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and internal teams to iterate messaging, develop outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow‑up strategies.
  • Research accounts to identify key decision‑makers and champions, crafting personalized messaging.
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of Hadrian’s solutions, engage C‑level executives and position solutions effectively.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with key business units, adopting a consultative approach and qualifying opportunities.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas while aligning with company values.
Qualifications
  • Based in the New York Metropolitan Area.
  • 3‑5 years overall sales experience, with at least 2 years in direct SaaS sales in the NAM market.
  • Minimum 2 years selling cybersecurity solutions in North America, ideally with a focus on the East/West U.S. region.
  • Minimum 2 years in a start‑up or scale‑up environment.
  • Experience in cold outreach and generating significant pipeline.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas with minimal churn.
  • Adaptable to real‑time feedback during discussions.
  • Strong relationships with sales enablement and operations teams.
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or Hub Spot.
