Agency Development Group Lead , NY

As an Agency Development Lead III, you will play a key role in expanding our business by leading the partnership with WPP. You will manage and support strategic relationships with the holding company, bringing internal and external stakeholders together to drive shared revenue outcomes. Your responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, driving satisfaction and revenue through education programs, decision‑maker engagements, and next‑generation business solutions.

Location: New York Office

• Liaise between Hold Co and Reddit to develop first‑class strategic programs and partnerships
• Formulate and execute quarterly/annual Hold Co Agency go‑to‑market strategy, ensuring alignment with overall global corporate and sales objectives
• Collaborate with all key internal stakeholders, including cross‑functional leads, to ensure the successful delivery of the go‑to‑market strategy
• Develop and contribute to tentpole events in collaboration with business marketing
• Act as a senior thought leader in the industry, serving as ambassador and spokesperson for Reddit
• Formulate and negotiate agency partnership agreements and lead the execution of these agreements
• Lead and facilitate educational training to inform best practices for using Reddit
• Work with agencies to elevate their creative strategy and execution to deliver positive business outcomes for clients
• Provide input to Product Marketing and Product teams about advertiser insights and needs related to new products, features, and solutions
• Partner with sales to develop and execute account‑level planning initiatives to accelerate acquisition (net new) and existing advertiser growth

• 12+ years of experience in advertising sales and agency relationship management
• Deep familiarity with the WPP / Hold Co ecosystem and strong relationships across key agencies
• Demonstrated expertise in building and cultivating relationships with senior agency decision‑makers at the C‑Suite and VP level
• Tenacious and entrepreneurial approach to working through product, process, and client challenges
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to cultivate strong relationships with internal and external partners
• Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, managing change effectively
• Exhibits a high level of competency in oral and written communication skills

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for equity in the form of restricted stock units and may include a commission component. Reddit offers a wide range of benefits to U.S.

The base salary range for this position is:

$266,000 - $372,400 USD
