Position Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced Capital Equipment Territory Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in New York City. This position is designed for a proven sales hunter with a consultative approach, focusing on capital equipment sales within the medical device and dental sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory sales goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the aesthetic field.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide training to clients on the use of aesthetic devices.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and initiatives.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in medical device and dental sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.li>
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel 30% of the time within the assigned territory.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary: $90,000 commensurate with experience.
• On-target earnings (OTE) for the first year: approximately $225,000+ (uncapped)
• Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
• Monthly car allowance and mileage reimbursement.
