• 1 to 3 years SDR experience in B2B SaaS
• Proven track of booking qualified meetings
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Comfortable on phone and video calls
• Based in New York or willing to relocate

• Sold AI, sales tech, or GTM tooling
• Hit or exceeded quota recently
• Power user of AI and outbound tools
• Thrives in fast‑iterating, founder‑led teams
• Top performer or team lead in past SDR org
• Active on Linked In or building a personal brand
