We are expanding our Midtown Manhattan team and are looking for a motivated Account Executive to work directly with business clients in a professional, face-to-face environment.
This role focuses on developing business relationships, educating clients on available services, and helping identify solutions that align with their needs. The ideal candidate is confident communicating with others, goal-oriented, and eager to grow within a performance-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities- Meet with business clients through scheduled in-person appointments
- Present services and solutions in a clear and professional manner
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate options
- Build and maintain strong business relationships
- Track daily activity, appointments, and client interactions
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients as needed
- Work closely with team members to achieve individual and company goals
- Attend ongoing training and professional development sessions
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Comfortable working in a client-facing business environment
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work on-site in Midtown Manhattan Monday through Friday
- Previous sales, customer service, hospitality, or retail experience is a plus but not required
- Full-time W-2 position
- First-year earnings typically range from $45,000–$60,000
