Role Overview

We are seeking a Sales Solutions Engineer (Intern-to-Hire) who is passionate about the building industry, sustainability, and real estate. This role is ideal for a final-year college student or recent graduate with an interest in architecture, engineering, building systems, or related fields.

As a Sales Solutions Engineer Intern, you’ll work directly with the Live Buildings team to learn our technology, support client engagement, and grow into a client-facing sales and solutions role. This is a unique opportunity to start as an intern with a direct path to full-time hire.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in sales presentations and technical demonstrations of Live Buildings technology.
  • Learn to develop proposals and solutions tailored to client needs in real estate and building management.
  • Support business development efforts with architects, engineers, developers, and property managers.
  • Work alongside senior engineers and sales staff to understand building systems, sustainability requirements, and compliance.
  • Contribute to outreach, networking, and client relationship management.
Ideal Candidate
  • Final-year student or recent graduate (Architecture, Engineering, Environmental Studies, Real Estate, Business, or related field).
  • Strong interest in sustainability, building systems, and real estate
    .
  • Outgoing,
    sales-minded personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Problem-solver who can bridge technical and client-facing conversations.

Salary:
Hourly Rate $17 For Six Month Minimum period to transition to full time on approval. (Flexible)
